Philosophy of Health:

“Think Well, Live Well, Feel Well (In that order). Then, by God’s grace, you can Be Well.”

“My role as your physician is to advise you and equip you with the information and tools necessary to improve your health and/or keep you healthy. I prefer to do this with as little medicine as is necessary.”

Faith:

Dr. Schindel has a strong faith in God and is active in his church.

“I believe in a Divine Creator who alone is the Giver and Sustainer of life. God has given us the responsibility of learning about, and taking care of His creation (which includes our bodies). I believe God endorses the use of health sciences, whether it is nutrition, exercise physiology, surgery, or medication (natural and synthetic) to improve our health. I believe all these modalities can be enhanced by the power of prayer, and I make it my practice to pray for my patients regularly.”
